1. Eligibility and User Accounts
TaleemSquare accounts must be created by individuals who are at least 18 years old. The person creating the account is considered the primary user and is responsible for all activity under the account.
Students who participate in tutoring sessions may be minors. In such cases, the account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who supervises the student’s participation in the learning sessions.
By registering for an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You also agree to update your information if it changes.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing account access with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of the account.
2. Description of the Service
TaleemSquare provides an online platform where students can attend educational classes conducted by qualified tutors. The tutors may be independent instructors who deliver lessons using the TaleemSquare platform.
Educational materials, lesson content, exercises, and curriculum made available through the platform are collectively referred to as “Content”.
TaleemSquare may update, modify, or improve the Content and features of the platform at any time to enhance the learning experience.
3. Acceptable Use of the Platform
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
Users are not permitted to:
- Share login credentials with others
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the website
- Upload harmful software or malicious code

4. Class Enrollment
To access classes, users must purchase a tutoring package through the website.
After payment confirmation, users will receive instructions to create an account and schedule their classes. Scheduling is based on tutor availability and the preferred time selected by the user.
The first lesson may be scheduled after the account setup process has been completed and the schedule has been confirmed.
5. Class Scheduling and Rescheduling
Users may request to reschedule or cancel a lesson by providing advance notice.
Requests should normally be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time. If notice is given later than this period, the class may be considered completed and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If a student joins a class late, the class will still end at the originally scheduled time.
If a tutor is unable to conduct a lesson due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, TaleemSquare will arrange a replacement class.
6. Tutor Replacement
Users may request a change of tutor if they are not satisfied with the current tutor.
Tutor replacement requests are reviewed individually, and a new tutor may be assigned based on availability and scheduling compatibility.
7. Payments and Pricing
All services offered by TaleemSquare require payment before classes can begin.
Prices displayed on the website may be listed in U.S. dollars or other applicable currencies depending on the payment provider.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. TaleemSquare does not store complete credit card details.
From time to time, promotional offers, discounts, or trial classes may be made available. These promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.
8. Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed according to the applicable refund policy available on the website.
In general, refunds may only apply to unused lessons and may be subject to administrative review. Bonus lessons, promotional credits, or free sessions are typically not eligible for refund.
Users are encouraged to contact customer support to resolve any concerns regarding lessons before requesting a refund.
9. Missed Classes
If a student fails to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class may be considered completed and will not be refunded.
Users should notify the support team as early as possible if they anticipate missing a lesson.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials available on the TaleemSquare platform, including lesson content, teaching methods, graphics, videos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any materials without written permission from TaleemSquare.
11. Limitation of Liability
TaleemSquare strives to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaleemSquare shall not be responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, service interruptions, or other issues arising from the use of the platform.
12. Termination of Access
TaleemSquare reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Termination may occur without prior notice if a user engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
