Questions before you enroll
When am I charged?
Plans are billed monthly in advance, so your first payment covers your first month of classes. The amount on this page is the amount Stripe shows you before you pay.
Is paying online safe?
Payment is handled by Stripe. TaleemSquare never sees or stores your card number.
What does the money-back promise cover?
Your first 4 paid classes, in any subject. If your child isn't more confident after them, ask within 14 days of the 4th class and we refund 100% of what you paid for those classes.
How do I cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp or email taleemsquarellc@gmail.com at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Do we have to do the free assessment first?
It isn't required, but we recommend it. It's free, you meet the tutor before paying anything, and the tutor uses it to plan your child's first month.
