How Online Math Tutoring Works at TaleemSquare
Getting started takes four things: you tell us your child's grade and what they are finding hard, we reply on WhatsApp within about 10 minutes, your child has a free one-to-one assessment, and you get an honest recommendation before paying anything.
After that, classes run weekly at times you choose — 45 minutes, one-to-one, on Zoom with a shared whiteboard — and you get a short progress update after every single lesson.

Tell us about your child
1 minuteSend us your child's grade and what they are finding hard. It takes about a minute, and you can do it through the form or straight on WhatsApp.
We ask for a grade and a rough idea of the problem — not a full history. Anything else we need, we will ask on the call.
- 2
We reply and agree a time
Usually 10 minutesA member of our team messages you on WhatsApp, usually within 10 minutes, to agree a time for the free assessment that fits around school and your family's evenings.
This is a real person, not an automated sequence. If the time you want isn't available we will say so rather than promise it.
- 3
Your child has a free assessment
45 minutes, freeOne real one-to-one session with a tutor. Your child works through a few problems while the tutor checks what they can do independently and where the gaps actually start.
Nothing is charged and no card is taken. You are welcome to sit in — most parents do for this one.
- 4
You get an honest recommendation
Same dayWe tell you what we found, which topics need work, how many classes a week we think that needs, and roughly how long it is likely to take.
If we think your child does not need paid tutoring right now, we will tell you that instead. It happens, and saying so is cheaper for us than a parent who cancels in week three.
- 5
We match a tutor and start
Within a few daysWe pair your child with a tutor suited to their level and temperament, agree a weekly schedule, and start. You choose the plan; there is no contract.
If the fit is wrong, we switch tutors at no cost and you do not need to justify it.
- 6
You get an update after every class
After every classA short WhatsApp message after each lesson: what was covered, how it went, and what to keep an eye on. A fuller written progress report follows monthly.
This is the part parents tell us matters most. You should never have to ask how it is going.
