How We Write and Check Our Guides
The sourcing, checking and correction rules behind every TaleemSquare guide and course page.
Who writes our guides
Our guides and course pages are written and reviewed by the TaleemSquare team. They are written for parents, in plain English, to help families make decisions about their child's learning, including when our service is not the right choice.
Official sources first
Facts about curricula, tests and dates come from official sources wherever possible: education departments, exam boards and testing bodies such as the College Board, ACARA, EQAO, NESA and the UK Department for Education.
Every guide lists its sources so you can check them yourself. If we cannot verify a detail, we leave it out or describe it more generally rather than guess.
Prices and comparisons
When we mention what other tutoring services cost, we use figures from public pages and note where they came from. Prices change, so we re-check them when we update a guide and describe them as estimates.
We aim to compare fairly. Where a competitor may suit a family better, such as an in-person center or a group class, we say so.
Updates and dates
Each guide shows when it was last updated. We review guides when curricula, test formats or prices change, and at least once a year.
Use of AI tools
Some drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing tools. Every page is then fact-checked against its sources and edited by the team before it is published. AI is never the final check.
Corrections
If you spot an error, email taleemsquarellc@gmail.com. We will check it, fix it if we got something wrong, and update the page's date.
