Refund Policy

Our 4-Class Promise 🛡️
Try 4 paid classes. If your child isn't more confident with math, we'll refund 100% of what you paid for those classes. No forms. No lengthy exit interview. Just message us on WhatsApp or email info@taleemsquare.com.
- The promise applies to the first 4 paid classes after your free assessment.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of your 4th class.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Monthly cancellation
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees. To cancel:
- Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (307) 400-1304, or
- Email us at info@taleemsquare.com with the subject "Cancel my plan".
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You keep access to any remaining paid classes in that month. You will not be billed for the next month.
Missed & late-cancelled classes
Classes cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are not refundable. See the Terms of Service for full details.
Free assessment
The free math assessment is free — nothing to refund. You are never asked for a payment method to book it.
