How We Keep Your Child Safe in Online Classes
Every TaleemSquare class has a female supervisor listening live, every lesson is recorded, and you can join any class at any time without notice. Tutors never contact your child outside the lesson.
Classes are one-to-one in a private, password-protected online room, and every tutor passes identity and reference checks, a subject test and a live sample lesson before teaching.
Four rules that apply to every lesson
They hold for every child, in every subject and every grade, from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
A female supervisor in every class
A female supervisor joins every class live and listens from start to finish, whether your child's tutor is a man or a woman.
Every class is recorded
Every lesson is recorded. Ask for the recording of any class and watch it whenever you want.
You can join any class
Join any lesson at any time, without telling us first. Most parents watch the first few and then step away once they are comfortable.
No contact outside class
Tutors never message, call or meet your child outside the lesson. Everything outside class goes through you, the parent.

Identity and references
Every tutor is identity-verified and reference-checked before teaching a TaleemSquare student.
A subject test
Tutors pass a test in the subject they teach before they are matched with a child.
Spoken English and a live sample lesson
Tutors pass a spoken-English assessment and teach a live sample lesson before they are hired.
What we do not do yet
We do not currently run government criminal-record checks such as DBS or state background checks across every country our tutors work in. If that is a requirement for your family, ask us before you book and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot show for a specific tutor.
